Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Every plan starts on a 14-day free trial and nothing is asked for up front.
Can AMA-NOW change anything in my database?
No. AMA-NOW only ever reads. A database role with read-only access is all it needs, and nothing it runs can delete or change your data.
Should I choose cloud or on premises?
Cloud runs on our servers and starts as soon as you confirm your email. On premises runs inside your own Odoo, with no credentials handed over — an engineer sets it up with you.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
For on-premises plans, expect a reply within one working day. Cloud sign-ups do not wait on anyone.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
Each plan lists the versions it works with under “Works with”. The same list is offered when you sign up.
